March 2004
     March is a teaser month.  Usually in March around where I live, you end up getting several weeks of great almost spring-like weather.  People start to smile, fooled once again.  About the time people start to get used to leaving the house with a light jacket, the winter comes back with a vengeance and send all those smiley curves south.  Every year when this happens you hear people swearing that they are going to move from this winter wasteland.  Every Spring, people stay.
